A- The hotel may cancel the reservation due to adverse weather conditions, road obstructions, strikes, terrorism, fog, possibility of war, unpredictable technical issues and all force majeure that prevent the start or continuation of the reservation. In this case, the consumer has no right to compensation.
B- When the consumer requests cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the service, the full price paid is returned to him.
C- If the consumer cancels the contract 15-7 days before the start of the service, he agrees and undertakes to pay 50% of the total reservation price to the hotel less than 7 days before. Date changes made by the consumer have the effect of cancellation.
D- In case of cancellation/transfer of the discounted service, the consumer agrees and undertakes to pay 50% of the service to the hotel 15-7 days before the start of the service, and less than 7 days before the service starts.
E- For cancellations made up to 15 days before the start of the service, the hotel refunds the consumer the full amount paid up to that point.
F- The 10-day illness or death of the consumer or his/her first-degree relatives that prevent their habitual occupation, with an official report to be obtained from a full-fledged state hospital and written submission before the start of the service, are an exception to the cancellation/transfer clauses.
G- The consumer cannot transfer the service he has received before or during the service to another person. In this case, the hotel does not refund any fees to the consumer.
H- When it deems necessary, the hotel may partially or completely cancel the service it has announced or registered, 25 days before the start of the service, provided that it notifies the consumer.
I- The consumer consents to be informed about the services, advertisements, announcements, campaigns and activities of the brands that Lords Palace Hotel Casino Spa operates, its suppliers and the organizations it cooperates with. If the consumer wishes to cancel the consent given through any channel, Lords Palace Hotel Casino Spa undertakes to terminate the notification.
J – In case of a discrepancy between the name of the consumer who made the reservation and the name of the cardholder used during payment, the hotel has the right to cancel the relevant reservation.
